Getting to Bari

By plane: Bari is served by Karol Wojtyla Bari Airport. Regular flights are available from a number of European and International cities. A train service runs between the Airport and the Bari City Station (trains run approximately every hour, taking about 20 minutes). Please visit the Ferrotramviaria website for details. A taxi from the Airport to the University or to the Bari City would take approximately 35 minutes. Extra time should be added if travelling at peak times.

By train: Bari City Station connects with all major Italian cities. For tickets, please visit Trenitalia website.

The Politecnico di Bari is five minutes by taxi from the Bari City Station, or a pleasant 20 minute walk. The Map shows where the University is located. You can also use it to get directions for travelling on foot or by car.
